Starting all over again

Back to square one. It is very true when you have gone off training for way too long utilising the most commonly used reason for being lazy, "I am off-season right now" and it literally knocks you off what ever fitness level you may used to have.

Then again realisation is the first step to recovery. Dusted my road bike and took it for a spin with the group and I barely could make it to the 20th kilometre mark! It was so depressing that moment I've realised that I've to rebuild my fitness from scratch again (not that I was very fit back then). Grinding all the way back to the car and called it a day. On top of that I have 3 event scheduled for the month of April and I am doomed!
